Wendy Tang is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She specializes in immigration law with a wealth of experience working with aliens of extraordinary ability on various immigration and nonimmigrant petitions, including EB-1A, O-1A, and O-1B, and has handled cases in other areas of employment-based immigration and nonimmigrant petitions, including EB-1C, L-1, and H-1B, as well as family-based immigration, including I-130 and I-485.
